 Chongqing Shancheng Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest gas measuring products manufactures in China established in 1989. It is headquartered in Chongqing. We have built up sub manufacturing factories in Chinese cities like Shenyang, Xi’an, Xiangyang, and Shandong. We also set offices at Beijing, Guangdong, Sichuan, Hebei, Xinjiang, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. We have already built a completely network in manufacturing, selling and after sell server across China. The main products of our company are: Diaphragm Gas Meters, Gas Pressure Regulating Devices and Gas Ball Valves. For Diaphragm Gas Meters, we have G1.6、G2.5、G4、G6、G10、G16、G25、G40、G65、G100、SC1000 series meters, IC Card Prepayment Meters, IC Card Wireless AMR Gas Meters, Gas Meter with Pulse output, LoRa Wan Gas Meters and NB IOT Gas Meters. Our gas meters are manufactured according to EN1359/ MID standard. We have MID certificates for both residential and industrial gas meters. We are exporting gas meters to Italy, Spain, Greece, Russia, South Korea, Mexico, India and Pakistan etc. For Gas Pressure Regulating Devices we have Gas Regulator Cabinets, Area Gas Regulator Cabinets, Gas Regulator Cabinets for Boilers, High and mid pressure Gas Regulator Cabinets etc. All these products comply with GB/T16802-97 Standard. For Gas Ball Valves, we have Q11-F-16K series Gas Ball Valves, Q41F-16C Flange Gas Ball Valves, all our gas ball valves comply with GB/T 13927 Standard. We have about 1000 staffs. R&D engineers are more than 100. The average age of our staffs is 30, core management team and technical team average age is 40. In the year 2020, our gross annual output value reached 520 million RMB. Our residential gas meters production capacity reached 3.9 million. Smart gas meters production capacity reached 1 million. Industrial gas meters production capacity reached 280 thousand. Gas pressure regulating devices production capacity reached 20 thousand. The total tax amount in the year 2020 reached 45 million RMB. Our residential gas meter market share in China is at the leading position. Our sales network covered all over China and we have built long-term cooperation with more than 20 local smart gas meter manufacturers. Our company covered an area of 50000 square meters. We have advanced manufacturing, assembling and testing technique. And also we have good equipments, information management system, quality management system and mode of production and management. In the aspect of automatic production, we also invested a lot. Now we have already realized automatic production in gas meter punching, O-ring manufacturing, plastic injecting etc. We are building gas meter automatic production line for residential gas meters and smart gas meters too. We attach importance to information construction. We already used OA, SCM, FMS, Smart storage rack in SMT workshop and also video conference system. We have barcode tracing system for gas meters and gas pressure regulating devices. The MES system first stage is already completed, and we are developing second stage. At the same time we are connecting ERP and MESS system, and took a solid step towards "smart factory".
